ParkCity Hanoi township, a development of Malaysian property company, is designed with the perfect blend of modern architecture and serenity. Park Kiara is the first residential high rise in ParkCity Hanoi, another exceptional development by PackCity’s experienced team of architects, designers and consultants, which will change the skyline of this up and emerging township.

The residential high-rise in ParkCity Hanoi was named Park Kiara – the first ray of the sun. Park Kiara’s brand identity is built in line with its New Urbanism concept – self efficiency, holistic living and strong community ties. We visualized sun-ray in “Kiara” to make the products the carrier of our stories. The key visual graphically illustrates the sun ray shining on the earth. And to form a sense of minimalism and modernity, the design and color is simple yet clean and neat, standing for urban living and lush nature.

Embracing that positive energy, the residential high-rise in ParkCity Hanoi was named Park Kiara – the first ray of the sun. Park Kiara is built around the concept of New Urbanism which emphasizes self-efficiency, holistic living and strong community ties. This resort-like retreat is designed with the aim to appreciate the first dazzling sunshine of the day, symbolizing the bright future of sustainable and serene living. We hope to visualize sun-ray in “Kiara” and make the products the carrier of our stories. Through the combination of all brand systems, the image of that pure radiance is recreated.
